Product Application Guide
How To Use Waterproof Fix
Clean the affected wall and apply two coats after mixing as directed.
■For completed or existing buildings experiencing peeling paint, dampness, ceiling leakages, or wall cracks, we use a powerful combination of three components:
1. EruFLEX Waterproof Fix
2. EruFLEX Super Hardener
3. White Glue (PVA adhesive)
When mixed together, these three components create a highly effective damp-proof and waterproof coating for already plastered walls.
Directions for Use (Completed Buildings)
• Mix EruFLEX Solutions, Super Hardener, and White Glue thoroughly.
• Stir the mixture well before application.
• Apply the first coat using a scraper or suitable tool.
• Allow the first coat to dry for 5–8 hours.
• Apply the second coat without dilution, spreading the product evenly across the surface.
• Initial hardening develops within 1 hour.
Once the treatment is completed and fully dried, the wall can be painted with any colour of choice.

How To Use Super Hardener
Add 4 litres per cement bag for concrete and 2.5 litres for plastering.
For new buildings or unfinished structures, EruFLEX Super Hardener is used alone as a concrete and mortar admixture.
It is added directly to cement, mortar, or concrete mixtures before plastering, casting, or moulding blocks.
Super Hardener helps protect buildings from the inside, preventing moisture problems before they occur.
■APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPER HARDENER
For Concrete Work
•Use 4 litres of Super Hardener per bag of cement.
One 20L gallon / container can treat approximately 5 bags of cement.
For Mortar / Plastering
•Use 2.5 litres of Super Hardener per bag of cement.
One 20L container can treat approximately 8 bags of cement.
After using Super Hardener during construction, EruFLEX Solutions can later be applied for superior finishing and additional protection.
